What We Do

UREC’s Research & Consulting provides high-quality and thoughtful research insights for real estate firms. Over the course of 10 weeks, we will assign a team to work with you to provide excellent advice and research that answer all of your questions.

UREC's internal research arm (research & consulting) consists of 2-3 teams of undergraduate research associates especially passionate about learning more about the real estate industry. Research associates are carefully selected out of a pool of 100+ applicants and also complete a 10-week real estate finance training program before being assigned to a team. Each team will be led by 1 to 2 experienced project managers who have prior internship experience in the industry.
