UREC is the first and only undergraduate student club focusing on residential and commercial real estate at the University of California, Berkeley. UREC is relatively new to the UC Berkeley campus. Although the Haas School of Business houses one of the finest real estate programs in the nation, the Fisher Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics, the campus has lacked a real estate club at the undergraduate level. UREC hopes to fill that void by increasing awareness of career options in the real estate industry, providing a network of peers and professionals in real estate, and also functioning as a representative organization for undergraduate students interested in real estate.

UREC focuses on employment, career development, networking, technical workshops and much, much more! We welcome and encourage everyone to join us in our pursuit to learn, network, and interact with the real estate community.
